Elevate Twin Cities (E3) is a queer-led, BIPOC-centered collective dedicated to uplifting women of color, LGBTQ+ folks, and other marginalized communities through art, connection, and celebration. Based in the heart of the Twin Cities, we create inclusive spaces where creativity thrives, voices are heard, and joy is radical.
We also proudly run Minnesota Lesbians, Sapphics, and Queers of Color (MLSQC)—a growing community hub that centers connection, healing, and visibility for queer women and gender-diverse people of color across the state.
Our events, workshops, and community pop-ups are intentionally designed to affirm identity, build solidarity, and support small businesses and creatives. Whether we’re hosting a vibrant market, a healing circle, or a DIY skill-share, E3 is where community comes home.
At our core, we believe in the power of representation, mutual aid, and showing up for each other. We’re here to break barriers, build bridges, and elevate every voice that’s too often left out of the conversation.

Elevate Twin Cities was born out of love, resistance, and a desire to build something bold and healing for our community. Inspired by grassroots groups and mutual aid networks, we first launched Minnesota Lesbians, Sapphics, and Queers of Color (MnLoc)—a vibrant space centering connection and joy for queer women and gender-diverse people of color.
As we listened, gathered, and grew, it became clear that the need was even deeper. In response to the ongoing political attacks against marginalized communities, Elevate Twin Cities (E3) emerged. We’re here to uplift and celebrate the voices of those too often left out—women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ folks, and every intersection in between.
We’re artists, organizers, parents, partners, and everyday people. We believe in liberation through joy, creativity, and collective care. Every event we host, every space we hold, is designed with intention and love.
